The short version

Our calculators run entirely in your web browser. The numbers you type into them are never sent to us, stored, or shared. We don’t run user accounts and we don’t ask for personal details to use any tool on this site.

What we collect

Calculator inputs: nothing — calculations happen on your device.
Email: if you email us, we receive your email address and message so we can reply. We don’t add you to any mailing list.
Server logs: like most websites, our hosting server keeps standard technical logs (pages visited, browser type, approximate location from IP address) for security and performance.
Analytics: we may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which calculators are used most. This tells us page popularity, not who you are.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies needed for it to function and stay secure. If advertising is added in future, this policy will be updated first, and advertising cookies will only be set with the consent options the law requires.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what personal data we hold about you (in practice, only emails you’ve sent us), and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Email salarycheckuk@gmail.com and we’ll handle it.
